
Caterpillar will show a new "B" generation of articulated dump trucks with an updated look and increased driver comfort at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011, held in Las Vegas from March 22 to 26. The new range will include three models - 735B (capacity 32.7 tons), 740B (39,5 tons) and 740B EJ (38 tons, with ejector). They are available in versions with Tier2/Stage2 or Tier 4 Interim/Stage IIIB standards comply. Cat ® C15 ACERT engine develops 337 kW (458 hp) for the 735B model and 365 kW (496 hp) for the 740B and 740B EJ models. To ensure maximum reliability, Caterpillar uses the proven electronic components for fuel systems and air supply systems, as well as modular exhaust treatment systems.
