Hino has announced new models for Tokio Motor Show

At the 42nd Tokyo Motor Show, Hino plans to show a number of interesting novelties. The most interesting of them is an electric concept van. The electric engine is located at the front and the vehicle has a front wheel drive. This allows to make compartment floor lower. The side panels of translucent plastic and asymmetrical windscreen give to essentially regular van a futuristic look. The second world premiere at the booth will be a hybrid Hino Dutro Plug-In, capable of charging from a simple wall outlet. This is an opportunity not only simplifies the process of charging, but increased work range of the truck. The electric motor also has a regenerative braking system. In addition, the stand will include hybrid bus Hino Selega, Hino 700 series dump truck from Indonesia and the new race truck Hino 500GT.
