KrAZ » 6511

KrAZ 6511 is the range of heavy-duty 3-axle chassis with cab-over-the-engine layout and payload from 18 to 23 tonnes. Unified with the N23.2R model. The lineup included: 6511N2 — 6x2/2 chassis with lifted third axle, 6511N4 — 6x4 chassis, 6511N6 — 6x6 chassis, 6511S4 — 6x4 dumper and 6511S6 — 6x6 dumper. All versions are fitted with a Chinese Hubei Qixing PW21 cabin, licensed by MAN.

KrAZ 6511N2 is the heavy-duty 18-tonnes chassis with the third lifted axle. It is intended for the installation of industrial and technological equipment (garbage bodies, tankers etc.). The lifted axle made by SAF Holland allows reducing fuel consumption and improves maneuverability. This model got a 300 hp diesel engine and 9-speed Fast Gear 9JS150TA-B.

KrAZ 6511N4 is the 23-tonnes 6x4 chassis. Intended for the installation of industrial and technological equipment. Equipped with Weichai WP12 engine rated at 362-400 hp.

KrAZ 6511N6 os the 21.5 tonnes 6x6 chassis. Intended for the installation of industrial and technological equipment. The engine and gearbox is similar to the Model 6511N4.
