New DAF XF for rally raids

This is the first shoot of a new DAF XF, prepared to rally raids. It belongs to Heuvel Transport Co. from Uden. There is no any information about this truck yet.

This is a DAF CF, not a DAF XF. Looks good anyway.

It looks to be the pre-face lift cab of the existing rally truck on which they've tried to fit the new grill and lower bumper/light assembly. Fitment of the grill together with the additional strips between grill and the shoulder pieces, do not match the 'original' new facelifted cab front pieces.

The Coles crane in pic 24 is of great interest,I drove one of these Mk.4s in Germany back in 1970-71,it was nt in this colour scheme though!.Is this crane still around?.rnAlan
