BICES 2011: XCMG presented the first China electric dump truck

At the international exhibition BICES 2011, which was held in Beijing from 18 to 21 October, XCMG company presented its new items, one of which is a prototype of the mine dump truck DE170. In the development of DE170 was obtained about 150 patents. Its design used alternating current motors AC-DC, V16 engine with twin-turbo, as well as electrical and mechanical brakes that can operate simultaneously. Carrying capacity of the new machine is 170 tons.
