The updated series ME2000 (or M2000 Evolution) includes flatbed trucks, tractors and chassis with total weight of 15-26 tons and axle arrangement from 4x2 to 6x4. Production of these trucks was in Austria. The trucks are used on distribution operations, community services, and for short and medium distances deliveries. The ME models are fitted with 6-cylinder 6.9-liter engines D0836 with output of 220, 245 and 280 hp, manual transmissions ZF or Eaton with number of speeds from 6 to 16, or, by order, an automatic 5-speed transmission, spring, pneumatic or combined suspension, braking system with front disc mechanisms and standard cabins M series.
