In 2007, the municipal chassis Mack MR was updated. The trucks are equipped with 11 liter Mack MP7 engine with power from 325 to 405 hp, which meets standard EPA'07. As an option can be installed 13 liter MP8 engine with power from 415 to 485 hp, which also meets standard EPA'07. Both engines have a single camshaft, electronically controlled high pressure fuel injection system, continuous steel pistons. The TerraPro range is available with 6x4 or 4x2 wheel configurations. Designers give priority to comfort of the driver's seat. Also there were taken measures to reduce noise and vibration (refined construction of engine mounting). The cabin has an effective noise insulation and electronically controlled fan. Low-lying dash does not obstruct round-up and well visible. All vital information is stored in the control unit through the power of a single battery. The control unit is V-MAC IV. It provides 100 parameters, and DataMax software allows you to store and use information, such as routes and schedules, modes and intervals of maintenance. Among the other changes of the new version is a slightly modified design of the front mask.
