In the Army of India used 2.5-ton model Super Azad (4x4), created on the chassis of commercial family Cargo. Gross vehicle weight of the truck is 8 ton. Trucks were equipped with engines of its own production - Ashok Leyland W06D with 142 hp. Maximum speed - 85 km/h.
