Ural » 432009

Ural 432009 is a military version of the base Ural 4320 fitted with an armored cabin and partially armored engine compartment. It was developed to transport military loads, personnel and tow trailers on all types of roads and terrain. The first prototypes before the certification had designation Ural 4320B.

The floor of the cabin, rear wall, doors and the roof are made of an armored sheet. There is an armored hatch in the roof. The cabin has only 2 simple seats. Free space is used to place night vision system, radio and chemical search systems, etc. The armored cabin is much heavier than the regular one, that's why the front suspension was strengthened. The engine compartment also got armor: heavy front mask, sides and a hood made of armor sheet. The factory also produces a special armor vehicle Ural 432009VV based on this chassis.
