The new Ural 377 featured unshielded electrical equipment, the transfer case without drive to the tube type front axle, 6,5-20 wheels with 12,00-20 tires. Spare tire was mounted horizontally under the cargo platform. Ural 377 was fitted with an all-metal cabin from the very beginning. Ural 377 borrowed many parts from Ural 375. That's why the ratio of payload and curb weight was lower than that of the MAZ-500 and ZIL-133. The length of cargo platform was shorter, and it was mounted higher. 1983 became the last year of production for Ural 377.
