MAZ » 74101 'Oplot-T'

MAZ 74101 'Oplot-T' is the base tractor with a payload on the fifth wheel of 23 tonnes. Can tow trailers with a total weight of 70 tonnes, and work as a part of combinations with a GCVW of up to 93.3 tonnes. The most common trailers were MAZ 796, MAZ 5247G and MAZ 9990. Two prototypes were made in 1973-74. Mass production in small quantities started in 1975 and finished in the end of 1980s.
The model 74101 was unified with a ballast tractor MAZ 7311 and was fitted with a winch, two fuel tanks with a total capacity of 770 liters, two cabins and an additional cabin on the right side. Curb weight is 23,350 kg. Overall length - 10,380 mm. Fuel consumption - 118 liters / 100 km. Range - 620 km.
