Renault Trucks at Solutrans exhibition in French city Lyon showed slightly updated low-entry chassis Renault D Access, which is based on a British truck Dennis. There are two major innovations. The first is a restyled front end with a trapezoidal grille, which tightened under the new corporate identity. And the second is a new range of engines that meet Euro 6 standards. Customer can now choose to install DTI5 or DTI8 engine with a capacity from 210 to 320 hp. Gearbox is automatic Allison 3000.

GVW of the new Renault D Access varies from 18 to 26 tonnes. D Access as a standard equipment already has an air suspension. The rear axle is turnable to maneuver at low speeds easier. Renault D Access is available with 4x2 or 6x2 wheel configuration with a wheelbase from 3250 to 5800 mm.
