In 1938, for the U.S. Forest Service was created this Model 521. These units were intended to transport pack animals and special equipment to forest fires. The trucks were equipped with the Hall Scott engine with an output of 225 hp and 4 speed transmission Mann. Maximum speed was about 70 m/h.
