Hongyan » CQ15250 / CQ19210 / CQ25290 / CQ30290

In 1982 the first commercial 18-ton truck CQ30290 was presented. It was equipped with 290 hp engine. Shortly before that the Chinese government had signed an agreement for production of Romanian trucks in China. That's why the new truck Hongyan was an exact copy of a Romanian truck Roman of 70s. A year later, in 1985, a biaxial 10.5-ton model CQ19210 with engine capacity of 210 hp was presented. This truck could reach a maximum speed of 75 km/h and consumed 30 liters of fuel per 100 km. All-wheel drive models CQ15250 (4x4) and CQ25290 (6x6) also were produced. In 1987 two of such all-wheel drive trucks had successfully completed the 5000 km run in difficult conditions of desert.
