"Mogilevtransmash" from Mogilev (Russia) has introduced a specialized crane chassis MAZ-6903A3. The chassis is developed for the installation of crane systems, fire and commercial lifters with GVW from 25 to 40 tons. Feature of the new chassis is the truck frame, which is a mounting frame for crane and thanks to the crane mounting ring allows the crane with outriggers installed directly on the chassis frame. This feature allows you to reduce the height of a crane and its mass. In addition, the cabin of the new chassis is shifted forward and lowered, and the engine is moved back behind the front axle. As a result, height of the frame is only 1280 mm, and length of the chassis is 9670 mm. Many details of the new chassis are unified with the MAZ-6312A3. This is cooling system, front suspension, rear axles, clutch, etc.
