In 2014, GAZ begins producing a new generation of AWD trucks under the name Sadko Next, replaccing the old schooled GAZ 33081 Sadko. The new Sadko Next has an increased load capacity of 1 tonne and a new comfortable 3-place cabin. The truck is equipped with the latest generation of diesel engine JAMZ-534, one of the most modern of diesel powertrains in Russia. The output is increased from 136 to 149 hp. Cabin of Sadko Next unified with a rear-wheel drive trucks Gazon Next.
Distinctive features of Sadko NEXT is an enhanced transfer case with the possibility of installing a PTO, rigid chassis, front and rear suspensions, pneumatic-hydraulic braking system with switchable ABS, maintenance-free driveline, extra load capacity tires. Managing of a transfer gearbox is by the buttons on the dashboard.
