    This one is possibly a very rare PANDA Lorrymixer Diesel models, Panda is a small scale lorry manufacturer from South Africa (I think). Or it could be an old 4X4 ISUZU or a 4X4 HINO model used in Thailand or Vietnam or Korea or China under another name and produced locally in one of these places.
