Taepaeksan 70 (Taebaeksan) translated as Mount Taepaek. Made by the Pyongsang Auto Works, Pyongsang.
Steagul Rosu SR-131"Carpati"

    It's North-Corea lisence copy of russian ZIL-130.

One of the DPRK mysteries. It is not the Taepaeksan 70, this is quite another truck, see http://www.chinesecars.net/content/taepaeksan-70
There is no proof this truck is another version of the Taepaeksan 70.

Perhaps a North Korea made CANLUNBANG Taebaeksan made by that company Pyongyang Autoworks at Pyongyang. OR its another make the rare SUNGREE Cargo only exported to Asia.

SR-113 Bucegirnrnhttp://www.gruzovikpress.ru/article/2496-istoriya-avtomobilnoy-promyshlennosti-rumynii-brashovskie-kamiony-ch-1/rn
