The light duty cabover range Accelo with a streamlined cabin is produced since 2003. The range includes models 715S and 915S. Development of the Accelo has taken six years. A total investment in a project is $160 million. The cabin's design was made by the British company Mayflower Vehicle Systems in agreement with DaimlerChrysler. Accelo trucks are exported to the Middle East and Africa. The trucks are fitted with 150 and 156 hp diesel engines, used on Sprinter and Vario models, manual 5-speed gearboxes, suspension on parabolic leaf springs, steering booster and all wheel disc brakes.
