AEC » Matador ( model 854/O854 )

For the Royal Air Force six-wheel-drive versions of "Matador" were built. It was 10-ton trucks model 854 (with gasoline engine) and O854 (with diesel). The trucks were a base for mounting various airfield equipment, such as tankers, 10-ton cranes Coles, oxygen and nitrogen systems, etc. Totally 1514 of such vehicles were made.
