Lack of government orders in 80s led to a drastic reduction of military supplies and refocusing of the company on an active development of a civilian program. By the end of twentieth century in the military range was only one heavy tank tractor CL713 (8x8) with a streamlined shape. Various diesel engines could be used with power up to 560 hp. It was intended for high-speed transport of heavy armored vehicles. GCVW was up to 127 ton.
