Ural-63621 is a 6x6 dump truck that became one of the first models of the factory that received the IVECO cabin. The dump truck with rear unloading had a payload of 21,300 kg and aGVW of 33,500 kg. The overall dimensions are 8041x2500x3447 mm. It was equipped with a 14.9-liter turbo diesel YaMZ-7511.10 with power of 400 hp, which met Euro II environmental standards. Gearbox is 9-speed manual, YMZ-239. The only prototype was made with a silver cab and a blue body.
