Ural » 6361-01 / 6361-02
Ural 6361 was the first product of the joint Russian-Italian venture 'Iveco-GAZPROM-UralAZ'. A small batch of these vehicles were made in the 2000s. The 6x6 trucks became the first Urals fitted with the cabover IVECO cabin. Unfortunately, the project did not receive the necessary commercial development and was frozen. But at the end of the 2000s it was reborn under the old index 4320 (5557).
In 2002, Ural made the prototype of a camper on a chassis of Ural 6361. It used a cabin from Iveco EuroTech, which since 1996 has been in the designers' hall of the factory. The truck was made by engineers and mechanics of the Ural racing team for servicing and comfortable living of the crew during Truck Trial races. The engine is KHD BF6M 1015 (V6, turbo, 200 kW / 272 h, 11910 cc), which was fitted with EATON FS08209A gearbox.
The trucks with a GVW of 20,550 kg were equipped with Kamaz 740.11-240 diesels with output of 240 hp. There were also other engine options: YAMZ 236BE 250 hp and YAMZ 7601 300 hp. Gearbox is 5-speed manual. Top speed — 80 kph. Two versions of the cabin were available: Ural 6361-01 with a daycab and Ural 6361-02 with a sleeper cab.
