The medium-range model of the new generation debuted as a pure electric truck Shaanxi L6000. It is fitted with an electric motor and diesel extender Steyr M12 Rex — a 1.2 liter 2-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 36 kW. The gearbox is AMT. According to Shaanxi, this kind of powertrain is 15% more efficient than the regular diesel trucks. Delong L6000 is the first mass truck with this kind of powertrain.
Externally, the Shaanxi Delong L6000 is similar to the top model X6000. There are two air vents and a huge 'Shacman' logo below the windshield. The truck is equipped with a lake keeping systems, electronic instrument panel and autonomous air-condition system. Volume of fuel tank is 150 liters.
