Ural 542361 and Ural 542362 — 8x8 tractors developed to work in combinations with GCVW up to 43.5 tonnes. They are fitted with IVECO cabins: the Model 542361 with a short day cab, the Model 542362 — with a sleeper cab. The tractors are equipped with a YAMZ 7601 220 kW (300 hp) diesel and 8-speed manual gearbox YAMZ 238U3.
Based on the Ural 542362 'Uralterminalmach' from Miass produces a tractor with a crane 'Sinegorets 210'. In 2014, Ural started producing of an updated version of the tractor called Ural M 542362.
