In 2017, Daimler AG announced its new Class 8 model Freightliner 360 2528 for the Mexican market. The 360 2528 has a Mercedes-Benz engine with 280 hp and 10-speed manual transmission G131. The daycab or extended optioned cabin is available. It provides more than 17 tons of payload, front and rear stabilizer bar, ergonomic dashboard, engine and exhaust brake, fuel consumption diagnostic system.
The 2528 has air conditioning, electric windows and a highly competitive price. It comes with a three-year warranty with unlimited mileage, and one year of coverage on batteries. Actually, this is an Indian BharatBenz adapted to Mexican market.
