CNHTC prested the new heavy-duty model at the 2017 Shanghai Auto show, which is called Howo G5X. It was developed for domestic and regional deliveries in range of 10-13 tonnes. It is available in variants with wheelbase from 4200 to 5600 mm. Overal length - 7300-10000 mm. The cabin of G5X with width of 2250 mm similar to the cab used on Howo G3. It has 4-points suspension and individual air-suspension of the driver's seat.
CNHTC Howo G5X is available with several engine options: MC05, MC07, D0834 and D0836. The 4-cylinder MC05 engine is the most modern. Its output is 140, 160, 180 and 210 hp. All engines are joined with HW90510C or HW13710 gearbox.
