KrAZ CHR-3130 is a cabover truck with two front steering axles. Its cabon was based on unit from KrAZ-260. An experienced multi-fuel engine YAMZ-8421 V8 (17,24 liters, 360 hp) with a turbocharge and intercooler was located behind the cab. The engine was adapted for use on diesel fuel, gasoline, kerosene, or their mixts with a rocket fuel . It also got a new 10-speed gearbox YAMZ-202, basic units of KrAZ-260 and 6.5-meter flatbed with a canopy. Original parts were a new spar and second driven and steering axle.
