This badass armored truck attracted almost everyone’s attention at international military show “Army-2015”. Please welcome: armored car “Patrol-A”. It was made on the base of a four-wheel dirve “Kamaz”. Looks kind of impressive, doesn’t it? This car was made by ZAO “Astace”, Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia. This company works in collaboration with “Kamaz”. Alexander Puchenkov, Astace CEO, told us more about this car and showed us its interior.

Patrol-A was designed for field inspection, intelligence services and transporting staff. Among potential customers there are Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense, and special police forces. The body is made of armor steel, which is good enough to protect the staff from 7.62 bullets. The interior is as simple as it is. Astace made a few essential upgrades, including the usage of an ordinary chassis “Kamaz-4350”, interior changes, and recession from foreign details. Armored glasses are fitted with gun ports, which are opened by pressing and turning the handle. The price for this monster will rise up to 11 million rubles (around 193.000 USD).
