INTRALL industry consortium formed in 2003 by Russian private investors presented prototypes of armored vehicles Toros and trucks Cleaver in the Museum of Decorative-Applied and Folk Arts in Moscow. Armored trucks "Cleaver" were presented with two and three axles. Both used ZIL-131 all wheel drive chassis. If the new Russian armored vehicles will be in demand by potential customers their production can be adjusted at the Ural aircraft engine plant in the near future.
