Kenworth » CBE
In the 1954 Kenworth truck produced a qualitatively new design, where the cabin was located near the engine (CBE - cab-beside-engine). This half-cab provided better visibility for the driver, vehicle weight reduction and increased capacity. These trucks were used by transport companies ICX, Denver-Chicago Trucking and Garrett Freight Lines. These models have a literal "T" in front of a numerical index, and belonged to the 500 series (for example, the model T522).
