December 18, 2011, at the conference in Hangzhou the company introduced a new model Shaanxi M3000. Lightweight truck of the new generation goes on sale in the first quarter of 2012. The range will include tractor trucks, dump trucks, chassis and special models. Externally the M3000 is almost a copy of the heavier F3000 model. The visible differences are the new door with a sloping line of side windows and the new bumper. Using of lightweight materials in the design reduces the weight of the truck and transportation efficiency. But the engine has remained the same - Weichai WP7 or WP10. Interestingly, the cab of the M3000 was crash tested by the European standard ECE-R29, after which some changes were made in its design. The interior has received new colors and trim materials. A list of equipment includes air conditioning, power windows, MP3 player, adjustable steering column, four-point cabin's suspension and so on. Braking system has ABS as standard equipment.
