Albion » CX27

For loads of 10 tons came the CX27 in 1938, the company's second twin steer model, with the two steering axles set well back to ensure that they carried a good proportion of the payload, and to enable the rear axle to stay within its 8 ton limit. It was said that the advantages of a twin steering six wheeler were excellent road holding, and the elimination of tyre scrub associated with conventional 6 wheelers.
