In 1996, Isuzu N-series trucks were started to sell in Chile under the Chevrolet brand. The range of models included NKR 69E with a 3.1-liter engine producing 82 hp and payload of 2390 kg, NKR 69L with long wheelbase and dual rear wheels, 3300 kg payload, and NPR 70P with a 4.8-liter 137-horsepower engine and payload of 5 tons.The model range later was expanded by other modifications.
