Chevrolet » F-series '09
In August 2009, Chevrolet introduced a new generation of F-series truck, which is a copy of Japanese Isuzu Series F. The first thing that catches your eye is a completely new, more spacious and comfortable cabin. The front axle is moved back by 185 mm to improve weight distribution and maneuverability. In addition, the rear suspension is completed with a stabilizer bar. The F range except of the intermediate model FRR 1121, includes a 10-ton model FTR 1524 and 12-ton models FVR 1724 and FR 1830. All trucks are equipped with a 6-cylinder turbodiesel 6HK1-TCN rated at 240 hp (for FTR 1524 and FVR 1724) or 300 hp (for FVR 1830). GVW of the heaviest modification is 17 tons.
