Since 2008, the Chile plant produces a new generation of light and medium trucks Chevrolet Series N, which is a copy of Japanese Isuzu Elf. From 2008 to 2009 these trucks were also assembled in USA as the Chevrolet W-series. 3 versions are available in Chile: NKR, NPR and NQR, with different capacity. NKR can take 2,800 kg (NKR 513) or 3,500 kg (NKR 613), NPR - 5,000 kg (NPR 815) and NQR - 5,800 kg (NQR 918). The lightest model is the range, NKR, is equipped with a Japanese 3-liter turbodiesel engine with Common Rail system rated 131 hp. Heavier series NPR and NQR have inside 5.2-liter turbodiesel rated at 150 and 175 hp, respectively. All N-series trucks are painted only in white.
