Chevrolet » Series OA / OB / OC / OD
In 1933 the trucks received a completely new appearance due to all-new sheet metal being used for body parts. But, if the design looked familiar, it was because the radiator shell, grille, front fenders, and headlights were stamped from the same dies used for the 1932 cars. However, the hoods were different, with the truck line having louvers rather than more expensive hood ports. All trucks used the new larger bore engine with a power of 65 hp. There were 4 separate series now available. The OA Series of 131-inch wheelbase and single rear wheels, the OB Series of 131-inch wheelbase and dual rear wheels, the OC Series of 157-inch wheelbase and single rear wheels and the OD Series of 157-inch wheelbase and dual rear wheels.
