140 Repair Plant was established on the basis of Order No. 28 of the Minsk Regional Territorial State Property Fund dated December 23, 2009. 140 Repair Plant was created on the basis of a mobile tank-aggregate repair plant PTARZ No. 7, which was formed in May-August 1943 by decision of the USSR State Defense Committee.
