Amkodor is a holding, including 8 entities: Amkodor (plants "Drummer", "Dormash" and "Dormashmet"), ZAO Amkodor-Unikab, ZAO Amkodor-Pinsk, LLC Amkodor-Mozha, ZAO Amkodor-Spetsservis, LLC Experimental Plant of the N. Gastello, ZAO Amkodor Shklov, and UP Amkodor Torg. Product Range of the Amkodor has more than 80 models and modifications - loaders, chassis with a telescopic boom, airport sweepers, snow plows and trenchers, milling and drilling-crane machines, harvesters and forwarders, grain cleaning and drying facilities and others.
The history of the parent company the Amkodor - Plant "Drummer" - began in February 1, 1927, when a labor collective was created to produce children's toys in in Minsk, BSSR. In April, 1951, the plant "Drummer" was handed over to the Ministry of Traffic and Construction Engineering of the USSR. Since that time began the current specialization of the plant - producing of road and earthmoving machines. In 1975, the plant "Drummer" became a part of the re-created Minsk Scientific-Production Association "Dormash", and in April 1991 it became one of the main founders of the joint stock company Amkodor.
