It seems like an Amertek/LTi ladder, they had simillar combo in Halifax , N-S
or an company name Laurin used to refurbish firetruck with similar cab desing St-Laurent, Qc had such refirbish cabs -
this is a hendrickson lti ,the combo we had was a spatan thibault 100 foot skyarm.

The Coles crane in pic 24 is of great interest,I drove one of these Mk.4s in Germany back in 1970-71,it was nt in this colour scheme though!.Is this crane still around?.rnAlan
