It seems like an Amertek/LTi ladder, they had simillar combo in Halifax , N-S
or an company name Laurin used to refurbish firetruck with similar cab desing St-Laurent, Qc had such refirbish cabs

this is a hendrickson lti ,the combo we had was a spatan thibault 100 foot skyarm.
