Dongfeng brought out the construction chassis unified with the Tianlong highway trucks in a separate model range called the Hercules. Trucks are available as a 6x4 and 8x4 chassis and equipped with a D310 cab with a low roof. The design of the front end is almost exactly the same as the Tianlong.
GVW of the 6x4 truck is 25 tonnes, 8x4 truck is 31 tonnes. They can be equipped with a wide choice of diesel engines: 350-420 hp Dongfeng Renault, 340 hp Dongfeng Cummins or 260-340 hp Yuchai. Transmission is 10- or 12-speed gearbox Fast or 16-speed ZF.
