Very similar in appearance to the 黄河少帅 (Huanghe Commander), the 金王子 (Golden Prince) become one of the most popular models of CNHTC. This range includes medium and heavy duty trucks, tractors, chassis, flatbed trucks, dump trucks and special chassis. They are equipped with local Euro 2 or Euro 3 engines with an output of 266-336 hp. Cabins of the 黄河少帅 (Huanghe Commander) and 金王子 (Golden Prince) are the same, but the Golden Prince has a different design of the front mask with a larger rectangular grille. Wheel configurations are from 4x2 to 10x4. In 2010 the company introduced an updated version.
