Chevrolet » C65 / D60 '64
In 1964, the company presented completely new generation of Brazilian trucks - the C65. The new cabin and front end design refreshed exterior of the vehicle. Gross weight of the truck was 8845 kg. They still used a proven American 6-cylinder gasoline engine rated at 142 hp. and manual 4-speed transmission. The C65 range included 2 versions - C64 and C65, which differ by size of wheelbase. The first had 3975 mm, while the second had 4432 mm. In 1966, the range of diesel models D60 was added to the gasoline-powered range. It also included two versions - D64 with a wheelbase of 3975 mm, and D65 with a wheelbase of 4432 mm. 6-cylinder diesel engine developed 120 hp, and transmission was 4- or 5-speed manual.
