The Factory of Wheel Tractors from Minsk at the end of May presented new chassis MZKT-700650, which was designed for mounting a powerful 52-meter concrete pump made by Korean company Everdigm. This is the first 5-axles chassis made by MZKT with wheel arrangement 10х4. A new 2 place cab was designed and produced by "Belkarplastik" company, which before was made design for another Russian truck company - Yarovit.

The truck is equipped with a 2-place daycab. Dumper platform has a capacity of 10 cubic meters and ramp angle 50 degrees. The model can be produced in different versions - dump truck, tractor and chassis for placement of special equipment.
Kenworth Truck Company announced today that it will offer factory-installed, front drive axles for the Kenworth T270 Class 6 and T370 Class 7 models. The new Kenworth front drive axle was introduced this week at the 57th annual Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference (EUFMC) in Williamsburg, Va. “This is Kenworth’s first factory-installed, front drive axle on our medium duty product line,” said Judy McTigue, Kenworth director of marketing planning and research. The new front drive axle, is available for order today in ratings ranging from 10,000 lbs. to 14,000 lbs. on Kenworth T270s and T370s equipped with a PACCAR PX-6 engine. This fall, Kenworth will expand front drive axle ratings to 16,000 lbs. equipped with PACCAR PX-8 engines.

From this set of requirements, the most noticeable is the single crane operator's cab, that also serves as driver's cab, as crane cab and as lift to reach the top of the tower for optimal view of the crane operator in every operating situation. Additional requirements were: more hook height by adding a third tower section, a maximum truck width of 2.5 mtrs and the possibility to luff up to 45˚.
The Brazilian division of Mercedes Company is participating in the Challenge Bibendum competition, taking place in Rio de Janeiro from May 30 to June 3. Special for this the company has prepared a special version Accelo BlueTec EEV with a diesel engine running on a reed fuel. Such technology reduces particulate emissions 88% if compare with current standards. The concept was created to meet the standards EEV - Enhanced Environmentally Friendly Vehicles. The diesel OM 924 LA EEV engine with the BlueTec system, mounted on the vehicle, allows 90% reduction of a greenhouse gas emissions and 33% reduction of a particulate matter emissions, if compare with the Conama P7 standard, equivalent to Euro 5, which starts in Brazil in 2012.
